Je dôležité na začiatok povedať, že tieto stretnutia sú primárne určené pre LGBTQIA+ ľudí.
If you come, please respect that…
Our community gatherings are based on mutual respect, inclusiveness and support. In order to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, here are some ground rules we will agree on:
- Respect others: Show respect to all participants regardless of their identity, opinions, creed or appearance. Avoid discrimination, insults, humiliation or any other harmful behavior.
- Actively listen: Allow everyone to speak up, express their opinion and share their experiences. Be careful not to interrupt the speaker and show interest in what he is saying.
- Maintain confidentiality: If personal stories or information are shared in a meeting, trust the participants and maintain their confidentiality. Do not download or share this information outside of the meeting without the consent of the person concerned.
- Positive communication: Try to create a positive and supportive atmosphere. Express yourself constructively and respect different opinions. Avoid aggressive or abusive language.
- Safe space: Create a safe environment where everyone can feel free and express their feelings and experiences without fear. Do not judge or criticize participants for their identities or life choices.
These rules are intended to ensure that all participants feel welcome, respected and safe. If there are any problems or violations of the rules, please notify the organizers so that they can take action
Meetings are open - no registration required. If capacity allows, it is possible to join the active circle and thus participate in the discussion, or sit in a quiet row and just listen.
